You will make department heads accountable , you will work with them , upskill and ensure that when AUDITED everything is done in the best practice , first time.We see this person coming from a Quality Assurance / Control background or Operational background. This person will have a fundamental understanding of what it takes to successfully operate on site.You will understand the policies, politics and execution process to build and keep clients happy.The paperwork on a Luxury Villa compared to a Major Shopping Mall can vary. We need this person to be agile, process driven and extremely task focused to ensure that deadlines are hit .How will you develop, change and update the Quality Management System. You will form relationships internally with key departments from Safety, Quality, Commercial, Technical, Operations, Human Resources & Accounts.Client
