DescriptionYou will form an integral part of the management team in the Dubai Head Office.Based within the Central Support Services managing the Standard Operating Procedures & Management System?You will be be managing , driving and owning the internal processes. You will make department heads accountable , you will work with them , upskill and ensure that when AUDITED everything is done in the \xe2\x80\x9cbest practice , first time\xe2\x80\x9d.We see this person coming from a Quality Assurance / Control background or Operational background. This person will have a fundamental understanding of what it takes to successfully operate on site.You will understand the policies, politics and execution process to build and keep clients happy.The paperwork on a Luxury Villa compared to a Major Shopping Mall can vary. We need this person to be agile, process driven and extremely task focused to ensure that deadlines are hit .How will you develop, change and update the Quality Management System. You will form relationships internally with key departments from Safety, Quality, Commercial, Technical, Operations, Human Resources & Accounts.Client

- 15 Years + Experience
- You will understand change, people management, politics and that projects don\xe2\x80\x99t always go to plan
- High emotional intelligence, soft skills and all round communication \xe2\x80\x93 able to relate to the CEO as well as the teaboy or girl !
- Able to start employment before the 1st of October LATEST
