Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of sales experience primarily in Robotics Solution, Software Solutions, Consumer Durables etc. or any related products/application to Hospitality, Retail Sector, Hospitals, Real Estate, Exhibition & Events, Education, Government etc. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively visualize and communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new leads through Networking, References, Sales Visits, cold calling and industry events.

Arrange and conduct meetings/demo with prospective clients to present our product portfolio and tailor solutions to their specific needs.

Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs and roadblocks to present our solution which gives them best ROI.

Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and encourage repeat business.

Close sales deals by negotiating terms and pricing to meet revenue targets.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project handover and delivery.

Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to identify new business opportunities.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
