Description - ExternalBSS\xc2\xb7 Have comprehensive knowledge BSS Architecture, including Service delivery for Telcos.\xc2\xb7 Have personally lead transformation programs in Customer and Billing domain to improve the Customer Experience and channel or front office transformation.\xc2\xb7 Led Digital Transformation Program for Telcos including extensive work in BSS stack for operator to enhance Customer Experience, Faster Time to market\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Catalogue centric Architecture, implementation and management\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Enterprise products like IPVPN, SDWAN , VPBX etc\xc2\xb7 Have extensive knowledge of Business Assurance framework for new Product implementation, by defining KPIs from Revenue, Process, IT/ Network, Regulatory and Customer perspective during Pre - Launch and post launch\xc2\xb7 Deep Knowledge of COTS products like Hansen, Ericsson Order Care, Ericsson SOM, Nokia Flowone, Siebel or Salesforce and other value chain products like Comviva or other Billing solutions like Oracle, Kennan or CSG\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyse business requirements and created system design for the complete CRM/RMS ( Customer & Account Management, Rating, Billing, Credit Limit management, Payment, Deposit & Collection Management) solution for both Residential and enterprise customers of varied sizes\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Data Handling techniques and ability to identify automations and drive the team to implement them.\xc2\xb7 Program manage the CRM/Billing implementation and operations, work with varied stakeholders for the business reporting and delivery/progress management\xc2\xb7 Have comprehensive knowledge Billing Architecture, Operations & Assurance for Telcos.\xc2\xb7 Have personally lead transformation programs in Billing domain to improve the Customer Experience and billing accuracy.\xc2\xb7 Led Digital Transformation Program for Telcos including extensive work in BSS stack for operator to enhance Customer Experience, Faster Time to market\xc2\xb7 Have extensive knowledge of Business Assurance framework for new Product implementation, by defining KPIs from Revenue, Process, IT/ Network, Regulatory and Customer perspective during Pre - Launch and post launch\xc2\xb7 Deep Knowledge of Billing COTS products like CSG Singleview, Oracle BRM, Kenan Billing, Huawei and other value chain products like Nokia Mediation or other CCS solutions like Oracle, Ericsson or Optiva\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyse business requirements and created system design for the RMS (Revenue Management system - Which comprises of Customer & Account creation, Rating, Billing, Credit Limit management, Payment, Deposit & Collection Management) solution for both Residential and enterprise customers of varied sizes\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Data Handling techniques and ability to identify automations and drive the team to implement them.\xc2\xb7 Program manage the billing implementation and operations, work with varied stakeholders for the business reporting and delivery/progress managementOSS\xc2\xb7 Experience working with customers/vendors and have a good understanding of the OSS Telco product portfolio, general OSS architectural principles, processes, technology and overall application engineering.\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of mobile telecommunications networking technologies - RAN, Core, IP Transport / SDN, Fibre, Broadband, WAN, Ethernet etc. .\xc2\xb7 A key part of this role also requires applicants to have working experience with Cloud Infrastructure being familiar with Telco Cloud (VNF/CNF), On Prem IT Cloud and Public Cloud implementations and associated vendors / cloud providers.\xc2\xb7 A Good knowledge of process mapping / customer journey mapping across Assurance, Fulfilment, Planning & Inventory and Service Management domains is highly beneficial.\xc2\xb7 Strong consultative skills to accurately capture stakeholder needs to define technical requirements is a must.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in requirements and analysis, project planning, solution design, software design, development, and deployment.\xc2\xb7 Experience with one or more of the service management tools like BMC Remedy, network monitoring tools like Zabbix, dashboard like Grafana, BI tools for reporting, ITSM for change, problem and incident management.\xc2\xb7 Experience of handling alarms from NMS/EMS systems via API notifications, SNMP, Kafka Pub/Sub, etc.\xc2\xb7 Well versed with Service order orchestration, activation and inventory management systems.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate problem solving, solution expertise and active listening skills\xc2\xb7 Possess good communication, collaboration and presentation skills.\xc2\xb7 Be customer centric and solution orientated.Qualifications -
