• Develop and design end-to-end solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Create detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams, models, and technical specifications.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, flexible, high performance, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present concepts, architecture and solutions to the relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with project, product, design, development, DevOps, IT and security teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve technical designs, ensuring they meet architectural standards and project objectives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they are integrated with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complicated technical issues along with the developers that arise during the implementation phase.
• Develop and enforce architectural standards, policies, and best practices.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements, security policies, and data privacy standards.
• Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and performance optimization.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to all organizational levels.

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system architecture design and integration.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in designing solutions using cloud platforms and Microsoft related technologies including .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, etc.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with insurance and automotive industry is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF) are a plus.
