Job SummaryThe Solar Technician will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of solar systems. This role requires technical expertise, a strong understanding of solar, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. \xef\x82\xb7 Install solar panels, inverters, and other solar equipment on residential, commercial, and industrial sites.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure all installations comply with local codes and standards.\xef\x82\xb7 Perform routine maintenance on solar power systems to ensure optimal performance.\xef\x82\xb7 Diagnose and repair solar energy system issues, including electrical and mechanical components.\xef\x82\xb7 Replace damaged or malfunctioning components as needed.\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct quality checks and system tests to ensure installations meet performance standards.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to complete projects efficiently.\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest solar technology and installation practices.\xef\x82\xb7 Support team members and share knowledge to promote continuous improvement.
