Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Solar Sales Specialist to join our team in the solar
energy sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities,
building strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth. This role demands an in-depth
knowledge of the solar energy market, strong communication skills, and the ability to work
independently to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for solar inverters and solar panels to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities by leveraging knowledge of the solar energy market,
products, and regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, suppliers, and partners
through networking, trade shows, and outreach activities.
Ensure excellent customer service, retention, and satisfaction across all accounts.Monitor
market trends and provide management with insights on product developments.
Assist in forecasting, order processing, and inventory management based on market data
Oversee sales support activities such as invoice submission, proposal preparation, and
payment collection.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth processing and delivery of products.
Retain and expand market share for assigned product categories within each account.
Build and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term sales growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in solar energy sales or a similar role within the renewable energy
sector.
Strong knowledge of the solar energy market and its products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independent
