This position is a unique opportunity to be involved in Distributed Generation (rooftops) solar projects and perform O&M activities at multiple sites in Dubai.Technical\xc2\xb7 Plan and supervise solar panels cleaning teams (using robots and manual brushes)\xc2\xb7 Monitor daily multiple sites power generation on online monitoring system (VCOM - Meteo Control)\xc2\xb7 Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics and fault findings of critical equipment (inverters, LV room panels,\xe2\x80\xa6) when necessary\xc2\xb7 Carry out routine preventive maintenance of electrical and solar equipment according to schedules, check lists and specific equipment requirements.\xc2\xb7 Perform equipment and cables testing in accordance with requirements or tests schedules.\xc2\xb7 Plan annual shutdowns and major equipment turnarounds\xc2\xb7 Carry out complete overhaul of Electrical equipment\xc2\xb7 Prepare BOM of modifications works (DC cables replacement, Inverters replacement,\xe2\x80\xa6)\xc2\xb7 Plan, organize and supervise modifications works (DC cables replacement, Inverters replacement,\xe2\x80\xa6)Reporting and Documentation\xc2\xb7 Prepare each sites Method Statements for cleaning, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and modifications/upgrade activitiesPrepare Monthly Client\'s HSE and O&M reports\xc2\xb7 Fill up work orders and service reports on CMMS\xc2\xb7 Management system documentation, policies, procedures.HSE\xc2\xb7 Carry out tool box talks and follows Client\'s and Company\'s HSE requirements\xc2\xb7 Prepare Permit to Work as per requirements of each site\xc2\xb7 Strict Adherence to Site Safety Procedures\xc2\xb7 Maintain history cards for the electrical equipment.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the support of Company Safety, Environment and Quality policies and programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities related to the job.ProfileYou have graduated in Electrical engineering with a minimum experience of 5 years in solar projects.You have a previous experience on PV Solar systems (construction + O&M)You are fluent in English.You are good at problem solving skills.You have good interpersonal and organizational skillsYou have a good level of computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office.Driving license (manual gear)Following certifications are a plus:Solar PV expert certification by DEWA
