About Us: AL Qaryah Auctions is your gateway to seamless and transparent UAE car auctions. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

The Software Tester will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and ensuring that software applications meet the required standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of software testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities are not affected by new updates.
• Conduct performance, stress, and load testing to evaluate the scalability of applications.
• Ensure that software products comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback from a testing perspective.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects.
• Good understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
