Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality and functionality. Identify, document, and prioritize software defects and issues, and track them to resolution. Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and other types of testing to validate software changes and updates. Provide feedback and recommendations for improving software quality and test processes.
Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance roles. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
