We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chief Architect to lead our development team and drive our technical vision forward.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive technology solutions that align with our business objectives and requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with data modelling and database management systems.
• Experience with enterprise applications, CRM platforms.
• Understanding of network and security principles.
• MongoDB, NodeJS express, NextJS, ReactJS.
• Cost Optimisation: Optimise AWS costs using autoscaling and reserved instances.
• MongoDB Schema Design: Create NoSQL schema suited for sports management.
• Backup & Replication: Set up MongoDB replication and backup strategies.
• Load Testing: Evaluate system performance under high load conditions.
• Documentation:Maintain clear architecture and code documentation.
• User Experience Optimisation: Prioritise UX considerations in the architecture for a seamless user experience across devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Analyse business requirements and develop architectural solutions that meet organisational goals while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and technical direction throughout the lifecycle of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss solutions, and ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Technology Assessment: Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, tools, and frameworks that best fit the project's needs and align with the company's technical strategy.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and integration plans.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and design mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Integration Oversight: Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
• Performance Optimisation: Analyse system performance and design scalable solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all solutions meet compliance standards and security policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or a similar role.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect. Azure knowledge will be a plus.
• Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and design innovative solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
