Requirements:
3+ years of experience in selling IoT software or related technologies to enterprise customers or related job experience.
Experience in factory automation software products (PLC software. SCADA, MES, and OEE) is a plus.
In-depth understanding of and experience with successfully executing solution sales.
Proven experience with the development of new concepts and initiatives.
Deep understanding of IoT technology, sales methodologies, and best practices.
Ability to manage the sales process end-to-end, negotiating and driving deals to closure.
Analytical skills; ability to measure the effectiveness of programs and extract actionable insights.
Ability to coach field teams on identifying and qualifying IoT opportunities.
Take leadership in influencing customer decisions to buy and adopt Software IoT products.
Develop a plan for new market opportunities for Software.
Lead ROI conversations with customers as opportunities progress through the sales cycle.
Maintain active engagement with customers and prospects using creative communication methods.
Manage and monitor your work using Salesforce, social media, and other sales tools and technologies.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, metrics, and key performance indicators.
