We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Software Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our software solutions to existing and prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive software sales and expand market presence.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential sales leads through networking, cold calling, and outreach efforts.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate software solutions.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities and benefits.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Sales Forecasting: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales forecasts to report to upper management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align messaging and resolve client issues.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our software.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in software sales or technology sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
