Responsibilities



Meet and exceed sales targets within 6 - 12 months of each financial year (April - March) Prepare and execute sales plan with continuous refinements Analyse market (including partners/competitors) and identify target market segments / target leads Pitch identified leads on Diagnal products, solutions, professional services and support Grow trusted relationships through well prepared outreach, meetings and proactive follow up Professionally represent Diagnal at industry events and on digital media channels Successfully create business from new accounts Manage RFP processes including proposal preparation and presentation Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and procurement Identify opportunities for new sales and ensure renewals with accounts Ensure associated administrative steps are taken care of in a timely manner Provide weekly sales status Keep sales systems and trackers up to date Collaborate proactively with cross functional team members during and after sales Mentor and manage sales team members if required Work in the best interests of Diagnal and giving the possible impression of Diagnal Behaving ethically, ensuring Diagnal anti-bribery/anti-corruption policies are strictly followed Ensure sales expenses, which are reasonable, are pre-approved at all times

Qualifications



Prior quota carrying

sales experience in B2B software / tech services

sales Good understanding of video streaming, mobility, cloud or eCommerce technology Preferably a technical qualification Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
