Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales and be passionate about helping businesses discover innovative solutions. As a Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and closing deals that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored software solutions.
• Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling product presentations and software demos to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring that sales targets and quotas are met or exceeded.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and continued customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software sales or B2B sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the software industry, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and sales automation software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
