Position : Software Sales Consultant

Epixel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Consultant to join our growing organization. This role will report to the Head of Sales and collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. By leveraging technology to address customer pain points, the Business Consultant will play a crucial role in achieving business results.
SALES DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Consultant will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the software industry, a proven track record in sales, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
CONSULTATIVE SELLING:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, comprehensively understanding their business needs. Provide consultative guidance and recommend tailored solutions that leverage Epixel software to optimize operational efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Craft engaging product demonstrations to illustrate the benefits and functionalities of our solutions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed agreed sales goals and objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales deals.
OUTBOUND SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify potential customers and generate leads.
• Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and other communication channels to present our products/services.
• Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and align our offerings accordingly.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Track and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals with potential customers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by successfully closing deals.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the direct selling industry.
• Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to establish credibility and trust with customers, positioning yourself as a valuable resource.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
MARKET ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY:
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials aligned with business goals.
REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION:
• Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM. Monitor leads, opportunities, and sales activities to ensure accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
• Use CRM tools to document and track sales progress and communication cadence with each customer.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
COLLABORATION AND TEAM LEADERSHIP:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Development, and Customer Support Team, to ensure a cohesive approach in addressing customer needs and driving sales growth.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and success stories by mentoring and guiding sales associates to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING:
• Stay up-to-date with product features, industry developments, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and usage.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or Masters in Computer Science or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Bring 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the software industry.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Exhibit proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close (Identify, Engage, and Close).
• Possess excellent listening skills, with an empathetic approach and a consultative, solution-based sales mentality.
• Have a strong understanding of software products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Display confident presentation skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Show ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
• Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Demonstrate willingness to travel as required and flexibility to work US hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
