As a key actor of the solution, the PPO works with the Chapter leads for Safety, Cyber, architecture and engineering aspect. The Chapter leads combine servant leadership with hands-on execution, working to improve a specific craft or function across the squads. Strong ATM (Air Traffic Management) background with experience in
Air Traffic Management systems
Flight data management and processing
Experience of managing a SW development items
Understanding of SAAS model
Understanding of cloud native architecture and DevOps implications (deployment without breaking changes. run, cyber security, costs etc)
Communication and open mindset skills to understand business and solution needs, collaborate with Dev team and conduct product demos in front of stakeholders
Decision making ability in a time constrained environment to arbitrate between different options at the pace of the agile@scale framework
Strong commitment on outcomes to maximise the value for business and solutions
