In this role, you will be responsible for prototyping, research and development (R&D), and the end-to-end development of innovative solutions. You will play a critical role in designing, architecting, and presenting cutting-edge technologies that drive transformative change across various industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test prototypes to explore new concepts and technologies.
- Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, quantum computing, blockchain, and data analytics.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and develop proof-of-concept models.
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive software solutions from initial concept to deployment.
- Ensure that solutions meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and security.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
- Create detailed design documents and technical specifications.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to build robust and scalable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders, including clients, team members, investors and senior management.
- Document the development process, architecture, and code to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on prototyping, R&D, and end-to-end solution development.
- Strong background in designing and architecting software systems.
- Experience with technologies such as AI, quantum computing, blockchain, and data analytics is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
