The Role
This opportunity is with a large Software Solutions company with a strong presence in the UAE You would be responsible in Developing and maintaining Oracle database applications using PL/SQL. Designing and developing database schemas, stored procedures, functions, and triggers using PL/SQL. Optimizing database performance by tuning SQL queries and PL/SQL code. Conducting trial runs of software applications Performing system analysis Reviewing programs Preparing workflow charts Correcting errors in programs Involved in the requirement gathering team to develop the application according to the client needs using Oracle PL/SQL and Web API Followed the Agile Methodology for the development of the application Maintaining existing packages, procedures.Requirements
Should have Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline Minimum 4 years experience as Oracle Developer with excellent knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL, Installing, Configuring and Maintaining Oracle enterprise server 11g, 12c & 19c, Configuring databases for high availability, Standby database technologies, Data Guard Should be good in Performance Tuning., Configuring, scheduling & performing consistent, logical backups, RMAN backups Restoration; ensuring scheduled/unscheduled Backups are as per backup plan and performing the recovery when needed Good Knowledge in Database Synchronization, Database upgrades and migrations, Monitoring database Performance and Tuning instances and databases Should be good in developing database application in PL/SQL - Packages, Functions, Procedures, Triggers, Complex SQL, Knowledge and Experience of Oracle Collections, Objects Types, Good Knowledge and experience with SQL Query Tuning and understanding SQL plans Knowledge in JAVASCRIPT ,C#,ASP Net, HTML, XML , reporting tool and PL/SQL Programming (web based) as front end and database Oracle as back end Knowledge in oracle cloud technology.
