• Work with stakeholders to understand and analyze business processes and requirements.
• Design and document end-to-end business processes using the ARIS platform.
• ARIS Implementation & Customization:

• Implement and configure the ARIS platform to meet organizational needs.
• Customize ARIS models, reports, and templates to align with project goals.
• Process Optimization:

• Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within current business processes.
• Propose solutions to optimize and streamline workflows.
• Training & Support:

• Provide training and support to users on ARIS tools and methodologies.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ARIS environment.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Documentation & Reporting:

• Develop comprehensive documentation for process models, workflows, and system configurations.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track process performance and KPIs.

• Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:

• Proven experience as an ARIS BPM Consultant or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Software AG ARIS tools, including ARIS Architect, ARIS Designer, and ARIS Connect.
• Strong background in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies.
• Skills:

• Proficient in creating BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) diagrams.
• Solid understanding of business process frameworks like APQC or TOGAF.
• Familiarity with system integration and ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

• ARIS certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with process mining tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools and frameworks.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and environments.
