: As a Software System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing requirements, creating detailed use cases, flowcharts, and diagrams, designing relational databases, and ensuring that our software solutions meet the needs of our stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and developers, to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Create comprehensive use cases, flowcharts, process diagrams, and other documentation to capture and communicate system requirements and workflows.
- Develop and propose system designs and solutions that align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Design and implement relational databases to support software applications and ensure efficient data management.
- Facilitate communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and system functionality.
- Assist in the development of test plans and participate in the testing process to ensure that solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support to project teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software System Analyst or in a similar role is Must
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in creating use cases, flowcharts, process diagrams, and other documentation tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing relational databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with tools such as UML, Microsoft Visio, JIRA, or similar software is preferred.
