Position Overview: We are seeking an International Certified Soft Skills Trainer with a passion for teaching and a proven track record in delivering impactful training programs. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and a global perspective to our team, contributing to the personal and professional growth of our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive soft skills training programs for a wide range of audiences.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on topics such as communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, and emotional intelligence.
• Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of participants.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and follow-up activities.
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and integrate them into the programs.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive and integrated training approach.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to participants as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• International certification in soft skills training (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, International Association of Coaching, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering soft skills training on an international level.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of participants.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in designing e-learning modules and virtual training sessions.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of cultural differences and sensitivity in a multicultural environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
