Job description:
• We are looking for Soft Services Supervisor who has very close past experience in managing the team of cleaners in terms of training, attendance, grooming.
• Experience supervising a housekeeping team is mandatory
• The supervisor will also be responsible for all customers complaints that is due to poor service, late arrivals, and over all behavior of cleaners, office staffs etc.
• The candidate must have a high knowledge of chemicals used for cleaning, machines used and must demonstrate a very high knowledge of deep cleaning procedures.
Job requirements:
• Can join immediately
• Education qualification: Diploma
• BICSc Certified or Trained.
• Must have 4-5 years relevant experience in soft facility management industry
• Communication

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

• Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
• cleaning supervisor: 2 years (Required)
