Soft Services Executive
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Soft Services Executive to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will have:
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in a facilities management company.
Team Management: Proven ability to handle cleaning supervisors and manage a team of 200+ cleaners.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and operational planning.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Supervise and guide cleaning supervisors and staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and maintain schedules for cleaning activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Prepare operational and performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Address and resolve client complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
