We are seeking a highly experienced Soft Services Executive to join our dynamic Facilities Management team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soft services, managing large cleaning teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of soft services, including cleaning, housekeeping, and waste management. Manage and lead a team of 150+ cleaners and team leaders, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain service excellence. Handle client interactions, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock of cleaning materials and equipment. Train, motivate, and support team members for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in soft services within a Facilities Management (FM) company in the UAE. Strong leadership and team management skills, handling large teams effectively. Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and industry best practices. Ability to manage multiple sites and deliver services within agreed SLAs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
