Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Soft Services Executive to join our dynamic Facilities Management team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soft services, managing large cleaning teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of soft services, including cleaning, housekeeping, and waste management.
• Manage and lead a team of 150\+ cleaners and team leaders, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain service excellence.
• Handle client interactions, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Train, motivate, and support team members for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in soft services within a Facilities Management (FM) company in the UAE.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, handling large teams effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and deliver services within agreed SLAs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,800\.00 - AED5,000\.00 per month
