:Our client, a reputable facility in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring a decade of experience in social work, providing critical support and advocacy for individuals and families. This role requires a compassionate professional committed to making a positive impact in the community.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive social work services, including assessment, counseling, and intervention, to individuals and families.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to address clients\' specific needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Advocate for clients and help them access necessary resources and services.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay current with best practices in social work and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
- A valid license to practice social work in Abu Dhabi.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in social work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
- In-depth understanding of the social, emotional, and psychological challenges faced by individuals and families.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
