We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media and Video Content Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and video production. This role is essential in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our target audience through innovative and compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging video content for various social media channels and our website.
• Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials to support content marketing efforts.
• Write compelling and SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media posts, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to align content with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
• Manage and update the company's WordPress website, ensuring content is fresh and relevant.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media, content marketing, and video production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content marketing (minimum 6 months).
• Strong skills in video editing and production using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic IT knowledge.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
