: As a Social Media Specialist, you will create and manage content on our social media platforms. You will use AI tools to make our social media strategy better, optimize our content, and engage with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and carry out social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and manage content (images, videos, text).
• Monitor and respond to users on social media.
• Promote our brand and open opportunities for cross-promotions.
• Expand community and influencer outreach.
• Oversee the design of social media profiles and ads.
• Design and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
• Stay updated on social media trends and tools.
• Use AI tools to improve social media programs.
• Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with social networking and social analytics tools.
• Knowledge of web design, web development, and SEO.
• Understanding of online marketing and major marketing channels.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and good multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
• Experience with AI tools used in social media marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-driven content creation tools.
• Familiarity with chatbots and other AI-based customer interaction tools.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms for social media analytics.
