Social Media Specialist: We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized social media specialist to join our growing team. Job Responsibility: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all social media channels of the company. You\'ll develop engaging content, interact with followers, and analyze social media data to improve strategies. Your goal is to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's website, and generate leads. In this position, you will interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our products and provide customer care services to new audiences. You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media and finally be able to run ad campaigns like a champ. 1- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. 2- Create engaging content (including text, image, and video) tailored to each social media platform. 3- Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. 4- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms in a timely manner. 5- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall brand messaging and objectives. 6- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices. 7- Analyze social media data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. 8- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and present findings to management. 9- Monitor competitors\' social media activities and identify opportunities for differentiation. 10- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization. 11- Build budget-friendly ad campaigns that capture prospects attention and engage existing customers. 12- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. 13- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network. 14- Provide constructive feedback. Requirements * Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. * Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions. * Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices. * Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. * Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research. * Good understanding of social media KPIs. * Familiarity with web design and publishing. * Excellent multitasking skills. * Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. * Team player. * Good time-management skills. * Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. *** Arabic Language is an advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Language:
