Primary Function: Developing and executing social media strategies. They create engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction. Social media specialists are knowledgeable in various social media platforms and utilize analytics to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth. Key Performance Areas: Executing social media strategies, creating and publishing content to a variety of platforms in both French and Arabic, and interacting with their communities and audiences, responsible to measure results by tracking metrics and insights on each platform. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community. Building and executing social media strategies, through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. Generating and publishing daily content, optimizing company pages on various platforms, moderating user-generated content, analyzing social data, and collaborating with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions. Possess expertise in social media marketing, strong consulting and communication skills, and knowledge of e-commerce and online marketing. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. Core Competency Framework: Knowledge BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or relative certificate. In-depth knowledge of traditional, field marketing, trade marketing and market research methods. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels Applicable knowledge in marketing data analytics and tools Skills 2-3 years of proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Hands-on experience with marketing software, working effectively within Google suite is a plus. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken), excellent communication skills. Attitude Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
