Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Social Media Specialist & Lead Generation Expert with proven experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, and leveraging various digital marketing tools to generate quality leads and enhance brand awareness.

You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through digital channels, primarily social media, and lead generation tactics.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the UAE market to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and create content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to inquiries and participating in conversations to foster brand loyalty.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, optimizing them for performance.
• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions to measure the success of campaigns.
• Stay updated with current trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing, particularly in the UAE region.

Lead Generation:

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting the UAE market using social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Create landing pages and optimize them for lead generation, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Build and manage email lists, and nurture leads through the sales funnel via automated campaigns and newsletters.
• Use analytics tools to track and optimize lead generation campaigns, ensuring the highest quality of leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the proper follow-up of generated leads, improving conversion rates.
• Leverage CRM tools to track interactions with potential customers and improve engagement strategies.

Market Research and Strategy:

• Conduct competitor analysis to understand trends and find opportunities for differentiation within the UAE market.
• Research customer behavior and market demand to fine-tune lead generation tactics and social media strategies.
• Regularly analyze the ROI of lead generation campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve future strategies.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Provide detailed monthly reports on social media performance, lead generation results, and campaign metrics.
• Continuously monitor key metrics, adjust strategies based on data, and present insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Utilize Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to analyze trends, customer behavior, and content performance.

Requirements:

• Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and lead generation, with a focus on the UAE market.
• Skills :
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and paid ad campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, etc.).
• Experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead nurturing strategies.
• Ability to create and curate engaging content across platforms (copywriting, images, video).
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Language : Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Location : Candidates with prior experience in the UAE are preferred, with a good understanding of the UAE market, culture, and consumer behavior.
