We are a dynamic and growing real estate company specializing in Commercial properties. We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist & Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate and digital marketing, who has a strong background in creating visually compelling content and managing social media strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Position Overview :

As the Social Media Specialist & Graphic Designer (preferably Female), you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies while designing visually appealing graphics that resonate with our target audience. You'll work to produce engaging content that drives engagement, builds brand presence, and supports lead generation efforts in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Management :

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media channels.

- Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, and ads, tailored to the real estate market and target audience.

- Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance and insights for continuous improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, real estate marketing techniques, and platform updates.

Graphic Design :

- Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and other digital assets to promote real estate listings, company events, and brand initiatives.

- Create visually appealing property brochures, presentations, and promotional materials that align with the company's branding.

- Ensure consistency of the brand voice and visual identity across all platforms and marketing materials.

- Edit and enhance photos and videos of properties, ensuring they are optimized for social media platforms and web use.

Content Strategy & Collaboration :

- Create content to promote blog posts, videos, and other resources that educate and inform potential buyers and sellers.

- Engage with the real estate team to understand market trends, property features, and promotional priorities, ensuring marketing materials reflect the latest offerings.

- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to promote listings and drive traffic to the website.

Requirements :

Experience :

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management and graphic design, within the real estate industry.

- Proven experience in creating engaging social media content that drives results.

- Strong portfolio showcasing design work, including social media graphics, digital ads, property brochures, and other marketing materials.

Skills :

- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.

- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their features, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

- Knowledge of social media advertising, SEO, and digital marketing principles.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and visual.

- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Bonus Skills :

- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

- Familiarity with real estate CRM tools or lead generation platforms.

- Knowledge of real estate photography and virtual tour tools.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
