Position - Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

Discover potential influencers who match the brand image on social media such as TK, YouTube, Facebook, ins, forums, etc. Invite KOLs and KOCs to shoot short videos and write promotional soft articles, and guide traffic to the company's e-commerce channels (Amazon, TK Shop, etc.) and independent sites for sales and brand awareness; Responsible for finding overseas MCN agencies and various influencers suitable for the company's products, managing and improving the process and mechanism of influencer cooperation, responsible for formulating relevant promotion plans, selecting appropriate marketing channels for delivery according to product characteristics, discovering potential users, and increasing the company's product attention and traffic on platforms such as Amazon and Tiktok; Responsible for finding MCN agencies and various celebrities suitable for the company's products, responsible for formulating promotion plans, and selecting appropriate marketing channels for delivery according to product characteristics. Regularly review content effects and marketing work to optimize content planning and improve results. Maintain an editorial calendar for all social media platforms to ensure timely, relevant, and consistent content. Engage with our social media followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community. Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly. Analyze social media traffic and engagement to report on performance and recommend improvements. Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, ensuring goals are met and providing regular reports to key stakeholders. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Monitor budget allocation and optimize ad campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and ROI. Use social media analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend adjustments. Regularly report on KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI to senior management. Collaborate closely with the design, content, and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all platforms. Create high-quality, engaging, and creative content that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our audience. Work with the marketing team to ensure that all social media initiatives support broader marketing goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven more than one experience in social media influencer management, or similar role. Demonstrable experience in managing social influencer partnerships. Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, SnapChat, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Experience running paid ad campaigns on social media platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, collaborate with multi-national colleagues. Creative thinker with a passion for staying up to date with social media trends and innovations. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and use insights to make decisions. Proficiency in social media analytics and scheduling tools Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is a plus. Ability to create and edit short-form videos for social media platforms. Team player who is also capable of working independently. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
