Badshah Tourism is a dynamic and growing company in the Tourism sector. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, video editing, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing engaging content across multiple platforms, driving brand awareness, and increasing audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Create high-quality video content and graphics to enhance engagement and brand visibility. Manage and optimize Facebook Manager for ads, analytics, and content performance. Monitor social media trends, analytics, and insights to improve strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall branding and business goals. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations and paid promotions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize content performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Strong graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Experience with Facebook Manager for ad management and analytics. Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to different platforms. Strong understanding of social media analytics and insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role Knowledge of social media automation tools.
