Social Media Specialist

to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility. Create and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Monitor trends and implement creative campaigns to boost follower growth. Analyze insights and adjust strategies based on performance metrics. Engage with followers, respond to messages, and manage online communities. Collaborate with the video production and design teams for content creation.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management. Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar). Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
