We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Social Media Specialist

to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and engagement strategies to grow our brand and connect with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook Create, schedule, and manage engaging content, including reels, stories, and posts Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to optimize content performance Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community engagement Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality visual content Analyze social media performance and provide insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies Ability to create and edit short-form videos, reels, and stories Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset Experience in the

aesthetics, beauty, or luxury industry

is a plus Based in Dubai with an understanding of the local market and audience preferences
