Job Overview:

As a Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging social media content across multiple platforms. You will manage our online presence, build brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include capturing and editing photos and videos, as well as working closely with the sales team to deliver content for social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web design and Google Ads experience is preferred
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for use on social media channels and other digital platforms.
• Edit and optimize photos and videos for different social media platforms
• Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and captions, to ensure alignment with brand identity and voice.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry news to inform content strategy and tactics.
• Work with the sales team to deliver content for paid social media campaigns, including creating ad copy, visuals, and ensuring proper targeting and optimization.
• Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers to foster a positive community.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Arabic Language is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and best practices for each.
• Experience capturing and editing high-quality photos and videos, with proficiency in photo/video editing software
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
