Your Role:

• Craft and implement social media strategies to enhance engagement and build brand trust.
• Create, curate, and manage compelling content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve measurable growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align social efforts with organizational goals.
• Stay ahead of trends in the digital landscape and introduce fresh ideas to keep us at the forefront.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands (preferably in the healthcare or service industry).
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic/video editing.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is a plus.
