Job Brief
As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing our social media strategy. Your goal is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, increase website traffic, and boost revenue using innovative social media practices. You'll collaborate with multiple departments to represent our brand effectively while providing valuable support to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies through research, audience identification, and benchmarking.
• Create, curate, and publish daily content (text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and drives engagement.
• Optimize company pages on various platforms to enhance visibility and brand presence.
• Monitor and moderate user-generated content in accordance with community policies.
• Design editorial calendars and syndication schedules to maintain a consistent posting rhythm.
• Capture, analyze, and act on relevant social data/metrics and insights to continuously improve performance.
• Collaborate with teams across the company (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation and coordinate strategic actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with social networking platforms and analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
• A solid understanding of online marketing and major digital channels.
• Positive attitude, strong organizational abilities, and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
