We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our company's social media presence across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, grow our audience, and ensure brand consistency while driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation and Management: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Social Media Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals, aiming to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
• Community Engagement: Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers.
• Social Media Calendar: Create and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring that posts are timely, relevant, and aligned with company campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Campaign Monitoring and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content aligns with the company's brand voice, values, and messaging, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging platforms and features to boost engagement.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to align social media activities with other marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Paid Social Media Campaigns: Assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to achieve specific business objectives.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor social media activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and keep the brand competitive.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating successful social media campaigns.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with an ability to create content that resonates with the target audience.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate actionable insights from data.
• Creative thinking with a passion for staying on top of the latest digital trends and social media innovations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with video production or live streaming platforms is a plus.
