Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist with a strong background in digital advertising and campaign management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales for [Furniture New Land Brand]. Knowledge of SEO techniques is highly desirable as it will be an added value to optimize our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
• Create compelling and visually appealing content (including images, videos, and written copy) that aligns with brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience and respond to inquiries or comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage both organic and paid social media channels to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media and digital marketing, as well as SEO techniques, and implement strategies to ensure [Furniture New Land Brand] maintains a competitive edge.
• Monitor and optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in social media management, digital advertising, and campaign optimization, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging content and ad creatives.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools (e.g., keyword research, site audit, backlink analysis) is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and engage with online communities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance.
