Social Media Specialist The Social Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand\'s social media strategies. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate closely with Marketing team and other departments. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative and data-driven social media strategies tailored to the brand\'s unique goals and target audience.
Plan, create, and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engaging messaging.
Liaise with doctors, internal staff, and models for content shoots.
Work closely with the in-house videographer to produce feed content; independently shoot stories.
Keep all social media platforms up to date, including Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Google My Business, etc.
Utilize social media tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Minter for content management and scheduling.
Write compelling captions for posts, incorporating trending hashtags and effective calls-to-action (CTAs).
Monitor social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all channels.
Prepare and present monthly social media analytics reports, focusing on both competitors and internal brand performance.
Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms; manage budgets effectively.
Offer strategic recommendations to enhance social media presence and ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
4+ years of experience in social media management and/or content creation.
Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty brands is preferred.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Minter).
Strong knowledge of social platforms, best practices, and trends.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt language and messaging for different platforms and audiences.
