Job Summary: Looking for a Social Media Specialist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company\'s overall marketing objectives
• Create engaging and relevant content for the company\'s social media platforms
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, as well as mentions across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner
• Promote positive interactions and address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints effectively
• Study the target audience by conducting research, to be able to identify current trends
• Create promotions and contests that attract the largest number of potential customers
• Present clear reports of website traffic, in addition to monitoring, controlling as well as configuring search engines
• Regularly track and analyze social media performance metrics and user engagement data
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have relevant qualifications with practical experience working as a digital marketing expert or social media marketing specialist
• Must have a proven track record of successful social media campaigns and strategies
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, as well as techniques, including social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and SEM
• Proficiency in social media platforms as well as management tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored to different social media platforms
• Must be a creative thinker and able to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing, and presentation skills required
• Should have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimize social media campaigns
• Should be ready to relocate
