Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) tailored for different social platforms.
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and strategic alignment with business goals.
• Community Engagement
• Monitor social media channels for customer engagement, comments, and direct messages.
• Respond to comments and interact with the audience to build a community and drive engagement.
• Campaign Management
• Develop, execute, and optimize social media campaigns, both organic and paid, to meet marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to align social media campaigns with broader initiatives.
• Analytics and Reporting
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Use data insights to adjust strategies, improve results, and make data-driven decisions.
• Brand Voice and Strategy Development
• Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and visual guidelines.
• Develop and adapt social media strategies to meet changing trends and audience preferences.
• Trend Monitoring
• Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills; familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
• Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising, including targeting and budgeting.
• Creative thinking and ability to quickly adapt to trends.
• Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars and project timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
