We are looking for a

Social Media Specialist & Videographer

to join our fit-out company in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating compelling video content, and staying on top of current social media trends. You will also handle video shoots for our factory and on-site fit-out projects, ensuring all work is documented and showcased creatively.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for factory and site work, showcasing upcoming and ongoing fit-out projects. Create engaging Instagram Reels and videos that highlight our craftsmanship and project milestones. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, especially in the fit-out and construction industry. Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) through consistent, creative content. Collaborate with the project and marketing teams to capture and promote key moments from our fit-out projects. Ensure video and photo content is regularly posted to showcase the process and completion of projects. Analyze social media performance and adapt strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist and Videographer. Expertise in video production, including shooting, editing, and creating Instagram Reels. Experience shooting content at factory and construction sites. Strong knowledge of social media trends and how to apply them effectively to fit-out projects. Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and maintain a consistent posting schedule. Strong creative vision and storytelling skills. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance. Flexible and able to work both at the factory and on various project sites.
