: We are looking for a versatile Social Media Specialist and Community Moderator to help shape and promote the corporate identity and mission of our company and our clients. In this role, you will engage with customers, the public, and employees by distributing brochures, news releases, and various documents. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple social media channels and community platforms, fostering engagement and brand loyalty within the fast-paced worlds of crypto and blockchain. Roles & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategies. \xc2\xb7 Curate and manage all published content (images, videos, written posts) across various social platforms using social media calendars. \xc2\xb7 Respond promptly to comments and customer queries. \xc2\xb7 Compile reports demonstrating the ROI of social media campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews. \xc2\xb7 Assist in organizing and participating in online and offline events to build brand awareness and community loyalty. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams. \xc2\xb7 Engage with customers in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Stay current with digital technology trends. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a community manager or similar role. \xc2\xb7 Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple brands and platforms effectively. \xc2\xb7 Experience in planning and leading community initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Proficient with social media analytics tools and capable of translating data into actionable insights. \xc2\xb7 Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs. \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills. \xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with social media management. \xc2\xb7 Ability to interpret website traffic data. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of online marketing strategies. \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in Marketing or a relevant field. \xc2\xb7 3-4 years of experience in marketing, publications, or a related field Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s):
