Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative

Social Media Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, analyzing data, and staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends.

Responsibilities:



Strategy Development and Execution:


Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.

Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and optimize content for each platform.

Create and maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

Content Creation and Curation:


Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including text, images, videos, and interactive media, tailored to each social media platform.

Curate relevant content from external sources to provide value to our audience.

Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and voice.

Social Media Platform Management:


Manage and optimize social media profiles across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Stay up-to-date on platform updates, best practices, and algorithm changes.

Ensure all social media activities comply with legal and ethical guidelines.

Actively monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Analytics and Reporting:


Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant metrics (e.g., engagement, reach).

Prepare regular reports on social media activities and results for management.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus.

1-2 years

of experience in social media marketing (Preferred). Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Presentable & excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media management tools Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, ad manager, meta business suite). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
