We're looking for an innovative Social Media Management Specialist to elevate our digital presence, manage paid advertising campaigns, and drive lead generation across social platforms. This role combines creative content creation with strategic community management and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter)
Create and schedule engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and stories
Monitor and engage with audience comments and messages across platforms
Coordinate real-time social coverage of park events and activities
Manage user-generated content and community engagement
Stay current with social media trends and platform updates
Paid Social Media & Lead Generation:
Develop and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms
Create and optimize ad sets for different audience segments
Manage social media advertising budgets and monitor ROI
A/B test ad creative and copy to optimize performance
Design custom audiences and lookalike audiences
Implement retargeting strategies
Create and optimize landing pages for social media campaigns
Design and implement lead magnets (special offers, contests, giveaways)
Set up and manage lead capture forms and tracking
Implement lead nurturing strategies through social channels
Track and analyze lead quality and conversion rates
Develop remarketing strategies for captured leads
Create segmented content strategies for different stages of the customer journey
Campaign Management:
Track social media metrics and prepare performance reports
Collaborate with influencers and partners for promotional activities
Develop and implement social media campaigns for special events and promotions
Monitor and optimize ad performance metrics
Create detailed reports on ad performance and ROI
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years experience in social media management
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and other social advertising platforms
Understanding of lead generation best practices and conversion optimization
Knowledge of social media sales funnels
Experience with landing page optimization
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
Understanding of customer journey mapping
Proven track record of growing social media engagement
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
Photography and basic video editing skills
Experience in crisis communication management
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager
Experience with lead generation tools and landing page builders
Knowledge of tracking pixels and conversion tracking
Understanding of UTM parameters and campaign tracking
Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies
Proficiency in social media management platforms
Experience with photo and video editing software
Understanding of social media analytics tools
Knowledge of social listening tools
Familiarity with graphic design basics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
