As a Social media specialist, you will manage and enhance our social media presence, creating strategies and content that engage our audience and highlight our achievements. This role will be pivotal in showcasing our legacy and future vision as a leading engineering consulting firm.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and more).
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote key milestones and our 50th-anniversary celebration.
• Use analytics to track campaign performance and improve strategies.
• Stay ahead of social media trends to keep our digital presence innovative and dynamic.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual design. Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or LinkedIn Insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
