Job Description

• Develop partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and industry stakeholders to support Zircon Decor's growth.
• Set and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for new business acquisition.
• Track and report on business development activities, including leads, proposals, and revenue growth.
• Develop engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, captions) that aligns with Zircon Decor's brand identity.
• Collaborate with the design team to showcase ongoing and completed interior design and fit-out projects.
• Ensure all content reflects a VIP, modern, and professional aesthetic.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Maintain an editorial content calendar for posts, stories, and campaign schedules.
• Manage and grow Zircon Decor's presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Post daily/weekly updates, including site work, team highlights, and new projects.
• Audience Engagement & Community Management:
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Foster relationships with potential clients, partners, and suppliers through active social media engagement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns and content strategies.
• Work closely with internal departments to highlight employee engagement, site progress, and recruitment efforts on social media.
